The State Enterprise Centre of Registers keeps and maintains effective operation of the registers related to the population of the Republic of Lithuania.
                                                                                                                           

Population Register

The main purpose of the Population Register is to collect, process, store and protect personal data; manage central database of the Register; provide the data for the national government institutions, local government bodies, courts, prosecutor’s offices and other institutions as stated in the regulations; to form and to provide personal codes (national identification numbers) and to provide other public services for individuals. 
 

Register of Powers of Attorney

The main purpose of the Register of Powers of Attorney is to collect, accumulate, process, systematise, store and provide the data about powers of attorney verified by a notary, powers of attorney equalled to those verified by a notary as well as powers of attorney concluded by a natural person via electronic means in accordance with the procedures determined in the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Regulations of the Register of Powers of Attorney.
 

 

Register of Marriage Settlements

The main purpose of the Register of Marriage Settlements is to collect, accumulate, edit, systematise, preserve and present data about marriage settlements, cohabitation settlements and facts of division of property.
 

 

Register of Wills

The main purpose of the Register of Wills is to collect, accumulate, edit, systematise, store and distribute the data about all wills signed in the Republic of Lithuania or in diplomatic missions or consular offices of the Republic of Lithuania, facts of acceptance of succession, all wills, attested and accepted for deposit in foreign countries, ratified Convention on the Establishment of a Scheme of Registration of Wills.

In order to ensure efficient cross-border cooperation, the State Enterprise Centre of Registers is partnered with the European Network of Registers of Wills Association. The implementation of "Interconnecting the European Registers of Wills” project helped to set up conditions to facilitate the effective interconnection of wills and data exchange among European states. Register of Legally Incapable Persons and Persons with Limited Legal Capacity

The main purpose of the Register of Legally Incapable Persons and Persons with Limited Legal Capacity is to collect, accumulate, edit, systematise, store and provide data about legally incapable persons and persons with limited legal capacity in certain aspects, minors from fourteen to eighteen whose independent right to dispose own income and property has been limited or repealed by the decision of court, also about guardians (tutors) of such persons in accordance with procedures determined in the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Regulations of the Register of Legally Incapable Persons and Persons with Limited Legal Capacity.
