Self-Service




A foreigner who has logged in by means of electronic identification* recognised by the Republic of Lithuania, or a foreign natural person who has been granted the status of an e-resident in accordance with the procedures laid down in the Law of the Republic of Lithuania On the Legal Status of Aliens and has been issued the means of electronic identification and an electronic signature**, may access the following services in the Centre of Registers' Self Service, listed below.

If you are a citizen of the Republic of Lithuania or a foreigner to whom identity documents have been issued in accordance with the procedures established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and use the online banking, e-signature or mobile e-signature, you may use the services of the Centre of Registers’ Self Service listed here.
 
 

REGISTER OF LEGAL ENTITIES
  • acquire an electronic excerpt of the relevant data about the person who is a participant of legal entity including historical data
  • acquire an electronic excerpt of the identification data about participants of legal entities
  • order a paper excerpt of the relevant data about a person who is a participant of legal entity including historical data
  • order a paper excerpt of the identification data about participants of legal entities
  • provide data on participants of legal entities
  • acquire electronic copies of the document containing a list of participants
  • order paper copies of the document containing a list of participants
  • register a new private limited liability company or a foreign branch
  • submit changes in personal data and documents of the registered private limited liability company or foreign branch
  • order paper excerpt of the legal entity entry in the Register

  • buy an extract from the Address Register regarding the address you are interested in



*The list of recognised electronic identification means used by nationals of a Member State of the European Union and issued in a Member State and recognised for cross-border authentication purposes, the level of reliability of which complies with the conditions set out in Article 6(1) of Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014 (also known as eIDAS Regulation), can be found here.
