The organisers have made a preliminary reservation of hotel rooms with special offers for the conference participants exclusively at some of the best hotels in Vilnius. The participants are welcome to choose the most suitable option based on their individual needs. Please be aware that all guests are responsible for booking their own accommodation.

Please note that special rates for accommodation during the conference are only guaranteed if registration takes place before the dates set by the hotels (as stated in their offers below). The availability of the rooms are not guaranteed after the given dates. Due to the high demand of hotel rooms in June, you are kindly asked to complete your registration as early as possible.

The Narutis Hotel is located in the main street of Vilnius Old Town, which connects the Town Hall and the Cathedral Square. The Presidential Palace, the Parliament, Ministries, Embassies as well as historical Lithuanian jewels – Gediminas Castle, the Hill of Three Crosses and other heritage sites as well as most of the institutions can be easily reached on foot.

The Narutis Hotel offers a special rate for ECRF Vilnius participants’ – the rates range from 100 EUR per night for a single room and 175 EUR for a junior suite room (price includes VAT, Wi-Fi, breakfast). The special offer at The Narutis Hotel is valid until May 15^th.
