Access to the personal data processed


In accordance with Article 15 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), a natural person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed; and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and the information on the recipients to whom the personal data have been disclosed.

You can get access to the personal data processed using electronic services of the State Enterprise Centre of Registers (Only for citizen of the Republic of Lithuania or a foreigner to whom identity documents have been issued in accordance with the procedures established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and use the online banking, e-signature or mobile e-signature):

You can access the personal data processed in the said state registers and/or state information systems as well as other registers and information systems administered by the State Enterprise Centre of Registers and information on the recipients to whom your personal data has been disclosed:
  • When you come to the Customer Service Unit of the Centre of Registers, present a document proving your personal identity (a personal identity card or a passport) and complete the application. If the application is submitted by the authorised person, he/she must present the power of attorney approved in the manner prescribed by legal acts and a document proving his/her personal identity (a personal identity card or a passport).
  • When you send the application and a copy of the document proving your personal identity (the copy must be attested in the manner prescribed by legal acts) by mail to the following address: Lvivo str. 25-101, 09320 Vilnius;
  • When you send the application by e-mail info@registrucentras.lt. The application sent by e-mail must be signed with an electronic signature.
 
Note. If you do not have the opportunity to sign the application with an electronic signature, you can send the application by e-mail info@registrucentras.lt. However, we will provide the information only when you come to the Customer Service Unit of the Centre of Registers specified in the application in person and present your identity document.

After processing your application, you will be provided with the following information:
  • Purpose of the processing of personal data;
  • List of personal data processed and personal data;
  • Recipients to whom your personal data processed in the following registers and information systems has been disclosed:
    • In the Population Register of the Republic of Lithuania, the Register of Contracts and Restrictions on Rights of the Republic of Lithuania, the Register of Property Seizure Acts, the Register of Powers of Attorney, the Register of Marriage Contracts and the Register of Legally Incapable Persons and Persons with Limited Legal Capacity throughout the last one year;
    • In the Register of Wills, the Real Property Cadastre and Register, the Bailiffs’ Information System, the Information System of Licenses, the Information System of Legal Entities Participants throughout the whole of the relevant period.
Note. If you do not specify the relevant period during which your personal data have been disclosed, we will provide the information for the last one year.

If after reading your personal data processed you have noticed that your personal data are inaccurate, you have the right to submit an application and request the data be rectified.
