Submission of data to the JADIS

The data about legal entities participants is submitted to the JADIS electronically through the self-service of the Centre of Registers.

Data to the JADIS is submitted by the following entities who are responsible for correctness and accuracy in the manner prescribed by legal acts:

managing body of a legal entity;
other person stated in laws and incorporation documents;
an individual authorised to submit data on behalf of the legal entity.

The data about legal entities participants is submitted only electronically and the lists of participants based on that data are signed by electronic signature, which is verified by qualified certificate. Currently, the following may be used:

the qualified certificate issued by the Certification Centre of the Centre of Registers (more information on e-signature of the Centre of Registers is available at www.elektroninis.lt);
the qualified certificates issued by mobile operators Bitė, Telia, Tele2 and Teledema (mobile signature);
the identity card issued by the Identity Documents Personalisation Centre under the Ministry of the Interior that contains the certificate for personal identification in the virtual space and the qualified signature certificate.More information about the submission of data to the JADIS you may find in the user manual according to a legal entity’s form:
