CRIS operation schedule


Providers of orders may place orders to the CRIS to restrict the use of funds in the debtors’ accounts 24 hours any day of the week. The CRIS shall promptly provide orders to those credit institutions where the debtor's accounts have been opened. Credit institution shall accept the placed orders and process them during the working hours (usually from 7.00 to 16.00 o’clock).

All the orders regarding write-offs received by the CRIS during the working day before 15.30 shall be processed on the next working day from 9 to 12 o’clock if the debtor’s account contains sufficient amount of money and the balance is permissible to write off and/or no notification has been received from the court about the suspension or termination of the orders to write off.
 
All the orders regarding write-off received on a working day after 15.30 o’clock will be processed after two working days from 9.00 to 12.00 o’clock, if the debtor’s account contains sufficient amount of money and the balance is permissible to write off and/or no notification has been received from the court about the suspension or termination of the orders to write off.

When the entire amount of the debt is recovered, the restriction of using the funds in the debtor’s account is lifted immediately.
