LEGAL REGULATION
- The Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (Book Two)
- The body of the founder must adopt the decision to establish a branch or a representative office according to its statutes;
- The regulations of the branch or the representative office are drawn up;
- The management bodies of the branch or the representative office are appointed.
