LEGAL ENTITY: Branch or representative office of a trade union or confederation thereof

LEGAL REGULATION
  • The Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (Book Two)
ESTABLISHMENT
  • The body of the founder must adopt the decision to establish a branch or a representative office according to its statutes;
  • The regulations of the branch or the representative office are drawn up;
  • The management bodies of the branch or the representative office are appointed.
