- The Law on Agricultural Companies
- The Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (Book Two)
- The articles of association of the company are drawn up. The company must have at least two members;
- The founders may submit to the Register of Legal Entities an application (form JAR-5) for temporary inclusion of the name into the Register;
- Unit contributions are paid according to the procedure laid down in the articles of association;
- The constituent meeting is convened which must approve the minimum amount of unit contribution, adopt the statutes of the company, elect members of the bodies of the company and elect the audit committee (inspector);
- The company is deemed to have been established upon registration thereof with the Register of Legal Entities.
