LEGAL REGULATION
- The Law on Individual Enterprises
- The Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (Book Two)
- The regulations of the enterprise being established are drawn up and signed by the owner of the enterprise;
- The owner may submit to the Register of Legal Entities an application (form JAR-5) for temporary inclusion of the name of the enterprise into the Register;
- If the owner is not the manager of the enterprise, he appoints another person to serve as manager of the enterprise and makes relevant entries in the regulations of the enterprise;
- The enterprise is deemed to have been established upon registration thereof with the Register of Legal Entities.
